Mullion itself has shops (including a chemist), 2 pubs, a fish and chip shop, delicatessen/tea rooms and a bakery, and all of these are within 150 metres of the holiday cottage.

The village is only about a mile away from Mullion Cove which, like all locations in this area, provides stunning views and many picture taking opportunities.  It has a small population of just over 2000 and is often closely linked with the village of Helston which is about 5 miles north.mullion cottages

If you enjoy walking there are many opportunities available to you and like many locations in Cornwall you are never far away from a new walking adventure or more idyllic scenery.  You may or may not know that Lizard Point on the previously mentioned Lizard Peninsular is the most southerly point in Britain – you cannot go any further south in the whole of the United Kingdom.
